The Gillès de Pélichy and Gillès Family Association (non-profit-making) was founded in 1976 at the instigation of the head of the family, Baron Gillès de Pélichy (Joseph).
The Association’s aim is to maintain and tighten the family ties, while seeking to promote religious, moral and civil values amongst its members. It also aspires to collect, preserve and study archives, works of art and, more generally, any documents and items of relevance to the family or any one of its members.
The Association is also keen to preserve its heritage via careful and wise management.
The annual General Meeting is held at the address of which ever family member is good enough to play host to the Association that particular year.
