The property was in the hands of the van Huerne family and its descendants for several generations. It was passed on to Baron Jean de Pélichy subsequent to his marriage in 1807 to Marie-Joséphine van Huerne, then to Baron Louis Gillès de Pélichy (1798-1876) when he wed Marie de Pélichy.
This splendid residence is current being let to a restaurant owner/caterer.
